• Buyes issues BCL or MT799

• Buyes issues BCL or MT799

• Buyer issues soft offer/FCO signs and send to seller within 48 hours.

• seller issues draft contract in favour of the buyer.
  Buyer signs and sends back the draft contract to the seller within 48 hours.

• seller sends 01 (one) hard copies duly signed & sealed, buyer duly sign & seal 1 (one) copies and return 1 copy per E-mail and back 4 (four( copies to the seller per DHL.

• Within 10 (ten) banking days of receiving the proof of product, the buyer will issue the non-operative documentary letter of credit in favor of the seller.

• Within 10 (ten) banking days of the receipt of the non-operative documentary letter of credit, the seller will post the operative performance bond which will active the documentary letter of credit.

• Delivery and shipment commence as per schedule mutually agreed.
